      How often?

I was just wondering how often everyone has Lucid Dreams after their first one?
      Thanks

Well my first one happened by accident when I was 8 or 9, then they continued to happen by accient a few times a year. After finding Dream Views however, I started a Dream Journal. And if I keep up with it, I'll have maybe 1 or 2 a week. But I'm probably mediocre. Alt of people here have more.

      Good Luck!!

The first one I had that's as an adult and that's recorded happened 3 weeks excactly after I started reading about Ld'ing. It only lasted seconds before I woke into a false awakening from getting too excited. After I woke I felt like I could become lucid anytime now that I had figured out how to but it was another week until I had another trying every day. So I think it just vary's depending on the person. In my begging days of Ld'ing I would normally have 3 short ones a week and sometimes go through long dry spells even though I was still reading and trying to do it.

hrm...well..I haven't had a Lucid dream in months, but you can thank schoolwork for that. Ive had my first Lucid dream like...1-2 years ago and they were pretty consistent after that as long as I kept up in the techniques. I find that after the 1st lucid dream, it becomes easier and easier to a certain point.

School is really bad if you want to dream... someone waking you up every morning instantly makes me forget my dream and makes me worry about shit.

I normally have a minimal amount of lucidity in most of my dreams, the dreams I don't have lucidity in I normally use Lucid learnt skills anyway like flying, or passing through walls and such. Like OpheliaBlue I started lucid dreaming at 8 to deal with nightmares, I never new this was lucid dreaming of course and when I was 14 I realised what it was and continued to practice.
I live to dream because I dream to live.

Often. But sometimes I will go into a sort of "dry period", like Jammy said, and I won't have one for even weeks, which sucks But hey, after the dry period, you get to reap the rewards of another Lucid Dream

I like how you said "After I woke I felt like I could become lucid anytime now that I had figured out how " because confidence is the key to a lucid dream. For me lucid dreams happen like 2-3 times a week.
