I kind of figured this out on accident, but it worked...

Just ask a Dream Character to change the place into whatever you want it to be.

In my last dream, I asked Myoga the Flea to first change my location into a field, and so he hit the ground and it started swirling around (which was kinda cool), and then it stabalized but was upside down, so I turned around was it was suddenly right-side up.

I asked him to next change it into some Hills, and the same thing happened, next I asked him to change it into a mountain range, and he did, and then I blew it up lol...

But anyway, so far, askinga dream character has been the most effective way for me to change locations on command.
