reoccering dream

Every single night i dream that im at school. It REALLY is going to make me crazy. I am used to not having dreams and i dont like having dreams where i am confined in a space and i must follow regulations. any help stopping the reoccering dream?

while i'll be checking your other post (as stated above), ill just say this: recurring dreams usually means that you have a current fixation or need that needs to be satisfied... and it is manifested in your dream, so that the need would not overwhelm your consciousness. there is a very, very thin line between dreaming as a defense mechanism and a lucid dream.
