Is this normal?

I wanted to know if this one lucid dream was normal. Any way, I was a 9 to 10 when this dream happed and this was long before I knew about lucid dreaming. I was dreaming about being in my school and I was be made fun of. At this point I knew I was dreaming so I tried to wake up. The first view trys I could feel my hands kind of moving, and than finally I could my arms to left my hands to open my eyes. I don't know if this is normal. It might, but I'm not sure.

sounds sort of like sleep paryliss (sorry about the spelling, can't think if thats right, my brains not functioning properly today.) with that felling and control will return slowly.

I have moved my arms and legs during sleep. And once - at least my mom told so - I sleep-walked to the kitchen, started to open and close a door over and over again, then I went to a coach to lay down on it..
