Sleep Paralysis While Lucid Dreaming? Any Help?

Now i am new to lucid dreaming, so far i only had 3 or 4 (one of them i'm not sure if i was lucid or awake) anyway, only 1 of them however was normal, the first one. the other ones all happen as if i am in sleep paralysis. it happens someway like this: I'm dreaming, i realize i am dreaming then suddenly i wake up. i taught myself to do an RC every time i wake up, so when i do it at this point, i realize that i am still lucid, but it's like I'm in sleep paralysis. i can barely move my body and my eyes are very heavy (like when you are really tired and your eyes are heavy, so the moment you close them, you fall asleep), so i am struggling, not only to keep my eyes open, but to be able to move my body and get out of bed. so i keep on struggling until finally i give in and close my eyes which causes me to wake up. i do an RC, but i find that i am awake. it is frustrating because it happened to me at least 2 times. at first i thought that this was actually SP, but later i found out that SP only happens when a person is awake. any help would be appreciated.

I have had this alot in dreamsl latley. The thing that worked for me was doing a sort of roll. At first I would move my body side to side until I started turning over and soon I was able to leave the bed I was in, ande free myself of the paralys.
