      Hey,
If it happens often enough you could use it as a Reality Check. During the day look out for anything that might repeat, maybe an advert that you see twice or someone saying the same thing more than once etc, when you notice these things perform a reality check.
If you spend time looking out for anything that repeats you should notice that when your dream is repeating you will remember to perform an RC.
      Hope this helps
      Are you dreaming or awake?

haha that was a pretty humorous double-post, considering the context.

Hey, I've had several of these, sometimes dreams that repeat the same segment two or three times right in a row. Usually, they are several months apart though.

Think of these dreams as tests. Your subconscious mind expects you to behave a certain way. The first time through, you did not act accordingly, the second time is like a retest. Figure out what you could have done differently that would change for the better. People on the site could give you suggestions for behavior changes if you want a second opinion.

There are plenty of threads on this, all with that basic gist. If I could give you specific terms to search for, I would.

I've had one go on for what seemed like 16 times. Only dream I would describe as a nightmare in my life. The house is on fire. I have to wake up and get out of the house. I'm out of the house. Oh, it was just a dream. I'm lucid. No, I'm sleeping. The house is on fire. I've got to wake up. I get out of the house. Oh, it's just a dream. No, the house is on fire. I've got to wake up! Etc. Etc. Etc.

This is when I was first learning to LD (now, I've got to learn it all over again, because I haven't worked that skill in years). I think LaBerge (who I also haven't read in years) wrote that it was kind of like a gate that the new lucid dreamer might commonly have to go through. Think about what a head trip this is.

Anyway, after that nasty, interminable, repetitive house-is-on-fire dream series, I never had another dream like that again and went lucid almost effortlessly. Let go of the anxiety, maybe?
