      Flying Challenges - Advice Needed

Hello All, having a forum like this is cool. I wish we could all hang out and talk live for a long time.

I've had lucid dreams in sperts throughout my life, mostly when I was younger in college - and I'll tell ya, I had them often and had a lot of control. My waking life was better knowing I had the night to look forward to. Anyway, I've made some attempts to get them back through the years and it has worked out OK. When I finally get myself back on track and get some lucid dreams, mainly I want to fly but here's what hampers me...

Sometimes I can only jump and float. Sometimes I can't get out a window because it's locked and I have too many coats on. Any advice would be appreciated - if it's all just "believe you can do it" - that's fine, I get that, but anything specific would be nice.

Practice practice practice. The more you do it, even if it's only a little, the more your mind will get used to it being possible.

Oh yeah, and the believing you can do it thing helps too.

I'd suggest trying a new thing if the first doesn't work. Dream control is also about creativity. If you can't fly, then find a flying mount! Can't open windows? heh, the key might be on your pocket.. Still nothing? Then phase through the wall!!

I'd also suggest doing some daydreaming: it helps you to forget the laws of physics for a while and believe anything is possible - which is great for dream control.

Anyway good luck on your efforts!

Saying quantum physics explains cognitive processes is just like saying geology explains jurisprudence.

That is good advice from both of you. Thanks.
