      i still dont no how to hold a lucid dream

      i was wondering if anyone could explain to me to have a lucid dream

      Read, read read! Make a dream journal- record your dreams, this improves your dream recall.. Do reality checks a lot, like once every 20 mins (in my case). WILDs are also a very good way to have lucid dreams. And what I have learnt by myself... It requires time and patience, so don't give up, because even how far I've gone has paid off! Goodluck!
