This morning i awoke after 5-6 hours of sleep and thought i would try the WBTB Method combined with the WILD method, i led down and relaxed then started to to attempt WILD i was lying there for over an hour with no dream images appearing just a bit of HI and definately SP. Before returning to bed i had one cup of tea with a cigarette and waited the standard 30-45 minutes required before bed, when nothing happened after an hour and i finally gave up i tried to return to normal sleep and i had lots of little naps and dream stories mostly about past events but no control and no success of becoming lucid!

Did i do something wrong in my process or is this fairly normal for one of my first attempts at WBTB method Combined with the WILD, are you able to move your mouth in the process of WILD or will this distrupt the normal process of WILD if it does then i believe that is what i done wrong! As when i am breathing through my mouth it gets dry and i try to remoisten it by closing my mouth and rewetting the inside.

I would appreciate any feedback thank you.....

      Thx

Alright heres the deal. This morning i had my first REAL lucid dreams, not including the 3 second second crappy one i had a couple of days ago. I woke up at about 8:30 after a heavy night of drinkin (college is SWEET!!&#33 with about 9 hours of sleep prior to waking. I didnt think about WILD, and I didnt try to WILD, but it happened. It was one of the greatest experiences of my life. Try that, dont have a routine you got from other people because it probably wont work for you. Tomorrow morning, if you got time, try that. Just wake up, then fall right back asleep. Maybe itll work. Good Luck.

Some people say they can move itsy bitsy amounts while WILDing without ruining it, but billybob (who is REALLY good at WILD's) says you can't. But if you were truly in SP you shouldn't of been pyhsically able to move anything but you eyes...

Lay there for as long as it takes, though. Don't just give up after an hour.

So you think i should lie there for longer than an hour, just stay there for as long as it takes isnt there a time limit of which you should believe that you are to awake or just not suited to WILD technique.

      Thx

No not really.... But if you take more than 2 hours than stop (don't look at the time).

Edit: Oh yeah and don't smoke. If you smoke...... you'll dream nightmares[/badattempttogetpersontoquit]
