I have read on various websites that you can slow time to make you dreams weeks in minutes. I was wondering, is this possible? It seems likely to me but im not sure. If there is anyone who has done this, let me know how it worked out and the sort. |

~If at first you don't succeed destroy all evidence that you tried!~
just starting out with learning how to ld, but a couple days ago i had a near-lucid dream that seemed to last a few days. i was staying at an unfamiliar house, and at the beginning of the dream i experienced a few events which i ended up discussing with people much later on in the dream, and the discussions gave me a distinct feeling like the events had happened days beforehand. part of what nearly alerted me to the fact that i may have been dreaming was that that i was losing long tracts of time, ie people kept talking to me about things that they seemed to know i witnessed; however i could not recall these things. it was as if i was having amnesia, or as if i was having trouble keeping concsious. in other words: time seemed to last for days, however i was not consistantly aware during the whole period. i seem to remember having other long-term dreams, but i cant think of any specifically. very strange. as for being able to actually control subjective time im not sure, although the fact that it (seems) to be able to happen spontaneously in non-lucid dreams suggests that you might be able to. i wouldnt have a clue about where to start. |
