Hello im new to this forum I joined a couple days ago and you may know this but sugargliders are my favotite animal. I was wondering is there any way to force fase awakenings because all my dreams are unrealistick and I want to see how real it is. but mostly the first one.

ive had like 5-6 lucids and 3 have been FAs and it was just me randomly waking up at night lol in my bed but i was dreaming... maby i did a realty cheak and it faild so i became lucid in a dream but i just dont remaber anyway they come pritty random for me so yer idk
