So as you can tell by my signature, I am quite new to the LD scene. I have however, had great success (In my eyes) thus far, including an LD on my first night.

I just woke up from having 2 LDs (Which was awesome) but at the same time frusturating.

90% of my LD's happen in the morning hours. ALL my LDs are fairly short, with the longest one I've had probably being 3 minutes or so, but the rest around 20 seconds, or less.

This has become frusturating, so i'm just doing alot of research in the dream controll section, and am here asking for any tips.

I rub my hands together alot, I can't really tell if that helps. I also tried looking at a few things in detail, that DID seem to help.

I notice in all my LDs after I become Lucid I begin doing something, and I dont really focus all my attention to the "dream world" I'm not just getting lost in the dream and whats happening, I catch myself worrying about waking up or wondering when I will, or immediatly worrying/trying to keep the dream lasting- and then usually shortly after I wake up. Usually my vision just slips away of the LD and I FA for a second, or just wake up.

As I will be doing more research, I appreciate any input, advice, info, DJ comments, or just a point in the right direction.

Long Lucids to all!
