MY GOD WHAT HAVE I DONE!!!!!!!!!

I have had alot of lucid dreams latly(up to 4 a week,been trying for a month)and as a reality test I try to get a person I like to appear by turning around and thinking appear.(if they dont im not dreaming if they are I am!) But twice now when I have become lucid I will try to get this person to appear and it will do what I did in reality testing just not appear! Do u think I may have messed things up a bit?How can I fix this stuff?

A bit over-dramtic sibject header there... I think your reality check(rc) is not the best. Making someone appear is not a garunteed thing even if you are lucid. Common good RC's are *pinching your nose closed and trying to breathe through it *flipping a light switch(they don't usually work so well in dreams *Poking your finger through your hand *reading small numbers or digits(a watch maybe) You picked an unreliable RC, I think. I tried the nose one this morning and it was wierd. It took me 3 times before I knew if I was dreaming. I couldnt tell if I was breathing through it or not, which should have given it straight away. But by the third time I was breathing straight through my closed nose.

but what an I do to get this person to appear in my dream now.... cuase it seems he isn't coming..

Try making them appear behind a door. Thats the easiest way. Just say, "X person will be behind this door" open it and voila!

If you're having trouble with that one, try just holding out your hands and examining them. If they are strange looking (stretched out, different colors, blurry...), then you are dreaming. It's my favorite RT and it hasn't failed me yet.

My text/clock RC is now getting more and more unrealiable for some reason. So I turned to the finger through hand RC which is working for me. Most of the time now I just use MILD and just know I am dreaming after shortly having the dream though.
