First Dream

I had my first lucid dream... It was kewl However, I did have a few problems, during the dream I suddenly figured out it was a dream, and there was this sudden clarity, but i found that I could not stay in control, and after a minute I was unconscious again. It was like falling back asleep while I was asleep. I have no idea what happened... Help please??

Hey welcome to DV and congrats. You lost control of your dream and became unconscious again, just like you said. There are a lot of ways to maintain lucidity... Look at the dreamviews main page, and on the left side there is a link called "dream control". It has some techniques. Also, I just found a good thread on it to help you out.
