Now I've been here a while, and I have lucid dreams fairly regularly (though the recall is a bit of a problem...but that's not the point). But recently I've been finding that I can't do anything out of the ordinary, which kinda defeats the purpose. The main one for this is transforming into other forms, which has never really worked the 20 times it must be by now, but it's affecting other things. Does anyone have any suggestions for solving this? |

DREAM ON
Dream control comes in time. When you are lucid, just relax and think about the dream and what you want to do. Absorb everything. Then slowly think about moving your hand ect. |

It's horrible when you can't seem to be able to control lucid dreams, I had a lucid dream today, and I tried to move things with my mind, but it was hard to accomplish, I eventually woke up from frustration (and I eventually fell asleep, having another LD) my problem is that I usually think about the things that I want to happen, and I wait until my dream makes them happen, which is not what should be done if you want to control a lucid dream, you should know that they'll happen, the whole point of lucid dreaming is that you shouldn't go along with the dream, but instead, the dream should go along with you. |
