      controlling emotions

Can anyone here make themselves feel a particular emotion while Lding? Ie) love, grief? I'm going to try this.. I'm very interested as this is too much of an autonomic process to control during waking life.

I've never consciously thought while in an LD that now i'm going to feel happy or sad or love.

I'm sure however that I would be capable of feeling those emotions while lucid.. they might even be more intense than in real life.

I don't see why not. There's not much you can't do while you're dreaming that you could do in real life. It's actually the other way around

I have felt those emotions in lucids, but not on purpose--they just happen, like IRL. It would be hard IRL to make yourself feel something that you weren't really feeling, so I don't think it would be easy to do in a dream, but maybe it's possible.

I think those emotions are more intense in dreams, because they are not mitigated by anything else that might be going on to distract you --they are more pure, sort of, and therefore more intense.

I remember reading a post by someone who created lucid pills for emotions. If I remember correctly, it worked fine.

It'd be easy to use an extension to induce it, like a drug or an electrocution.

I can do this while awake, so in a dream there is not trouble.
