Staying Still in a WILD - Need HELP!

Okay, so I've attempted a WILD for the third time, and just as I start to tingle, I get uncomfortable and want to move. I try to resist it, but as I lose focus on counting/the picture I'm seeing, I end up starting over. I'm really really trying, but this is the only thing stopping me: Sudden urges to move somewhere. Can anyone help?

Try to focus harder on your techniques. Try to completely ignore your body, then you will discover that you are no longer feeling it.

Like Line said, also make sure you're really comfortable. I always try to WILD naked (even though I don't usually sleep naked) so my clothes aren't causing problems. It sucks to be approaching SP until you suddenly realize you have a wedgie and it just gets more and more annoying.

I also try to WILD on my side, because I never can get fully comfortable on my back. I know most people say to WILD on your back but I think its just more important to do it in whatever position you feel the most comfortable in for the longest.

Be wary of completely forgetting your body though. Sometimes what happens to me is that I get so unaware of my body that I forget not to move and do it without realizing

Ive done that so many times.
Ive attempted a WILD 3 or 4 times and all of them i can tell im getting close but then i screw up. with all of them my body just shifted to the side before i could realise it and i was pissed because i had been laying there for about half an hour and my body was going tingly.
2 of them i was laying there then my body just moved itself and halfway through moving to my side i realised what i was doing and quickly jolted back to my back, it happend so fast it was like somone pressed play then rewind on me lol.

For me, it depends on a few things. Really, the most important part of it for me is being the exactly right level of tired. It is important for your body to be just a little more tired than your mind. The second factor is being able to make my body go in to the numb, physically asleep stage. This part does not require you to be visualizing anything. I have done this before just when sitting and talking to someone.

If both of these go well, the rest almost just comes naturally to me. At that point all I have to do is remain focused while my mind 'rides the wave' in to the lower frequencies.
