How can you control them ? Is there a way?? Right now i just try not to sleep so i go to bed at 4:30am-5:30am but get up early cuz i need to be awake for the datime. I don't want to take pills. I have heard alot of bad things about them. Any advice??? |

How do I defeat it. It's along story. being assulted , someone close to me dying made me have to move 3 times in one yr. How do you defeat something that is real everyday to me its real because it happened....Anything else you want to add feel free , I am open to all advice |

Good advice from Chris and James. One other thing; I don't think you should avoid sleep. Sleep is necessary for all aspects of your well-being; to keep yoursel in a sleep-deprived state will not help with these negative emotions you are feeling. |

Those things did really happen to me, so no, not just a dream . They happened but i keep dreaming about it. I basically just want to end the dreams cuz i am basically staying up all night so i won't sleep right now cuz i DON'T want to dream anymore...The same things eveynight. I want to know how to control my dreams to change it when in dream state to something more pleasant I do apprieciate all the feedback i will check those links out as well . |
