Feel your body in real life and feel your body inside the dream. When I had my first lucid dream (about 30 mins) I could feel myself lying down and in the dream at the same time. |

Ok well hey I've had three lucid dreams in total, for the 1st i had about 5 mins or so of control and then woke up. the other two I've been like "hey holly sh!7 I'm dreaming! wow I can do anything" *hey look something shiney* *forgets hes dreaming*. |

I don't know about "feeling your body"; not your real body anyway--that always just inhibits my dream-body. |

They say some of that lack of control is from the awe of realizing you're lucid and all. So, once you teach yourself to stay calm enough to think almost 100% clearly, then you can do whatever with little fears of losing lucidity... I think it's really all about focus and staying in touch with realizing things with enough details and oddities and such... [Doesn't feel like much help] |
