You could breathe even though your nose was plugged? Sounds like you completed a WILD! |

I didn't do the waking up after four hours and then going back to sleep thing, I just did this right before I went to sleep. |

Hard to say. WBTB usually makes the WILDing process much quicker, so you may have gotten pretty far into it. One can't really be sure however unless you actually go about doing it |

I would say that you were close. Entering the lucid dream doesn't always happen, some nights it won't no matter what you do, even the best WILDers say that. I've always found that I get two waves of sleep paralysis. The first one is gentle and tingly, the second feels like I'm rocking in a boat or even can be violent like being thrown around. After that second time you are probably asleep. Your hearing changed made me think that you may have been very close. |

the exact same thing happened to me i did it just before going to bed but once i hit SP i wasnt really shure what to do from there i got a little to excited that it worked and i had to stop myself from smirking but i eventually just called it quits...later on i asked my friend what happened and he said i was close too but next time i should try rolling out of my body or opening my eyes very slowly...try it next time it may just work! |
