      what do u mean by dream control?

      lately, i can have any type of dream i want... but they arent lucid.. what is that considered...?

      Can you do this anytime you like? If so, like ninja said, you should make yourself dream about doing a reality check, you could be lucid all the time.

      i have been trying for the past couple days and they havebeen working out..

      i want to dream about girls.. and last night i drempt about kissing my childhood girlfriend....then 2 nights ago, i drempt about moving into a boarding school, and i was lookingfor girls that were in the same house as me..

      but before that i had a dream about a vacation and being scared of death because i was staying on the side of the hotel that was on a 1,000 ft cliff overlooking the cit and the hotel's side that i was on was literally 1 ft away from the cliff....

      so i can dream about something related to what i want to....

      MILD stands for Mnemonic Induction of Lucid Dreams, which consists in writing down dream journals, meditating and stuff like that.
