Question lol whats up with that...

      Ok....

Ive just become aware that this is even possible.

I have hade like 3 dreams in the past month that i become lucid. but i tend to have a lil problem...

I with become aware that i am dreaming but i seem to lose my controll almost right after. one time i got full controll but i couldent make anything happen... it was like i was just stuck in my head. im not really sure if thats happened to any one else before.

but if anyone has any pointers on how to gain longer controll, and maybe ways to increase my chances of having more lucid dreams i would love the help and assistance.

Dream control is all about believing that you can control the dream. Sometimes creating a machine, or creating "pills", can be useful. Also, instead of summoning something out of thin air, you could reach into your pocket or open a box and expect it to be there.

As long as you believe you can control your dreams, you can.

If you have not yet read the Tutorials, you should - they contain techinques to help you attain lucidity. Also, you may want to start a dream journal to help you with both dream recall and lucidity.

If you have any specific questions feel free to ask. Welcome to Dreamviews!

Edit: Oh, and sorry about the chat. I tried to respond but DV went down for a few minutes (probably backup-related)
