i've alwayz found that when i fall asleep with the t.v. on the programs that r on influence my dream. i figure that the surroudings that have a big enough impact like t.v. or say radio will alter or influence your dreams. i once recorded myself saying a dream scenario. it was a good hour and a few minutes. i fell played it and fell asleep. and as i suspected it worked! i dreamnt what i wanted! although i didnt become lucid i did however make another bit of audio. in it i kept telling myself that i was dreaming, that i could take control of my dreams, that i could manipulate them and that i should become and remain lucid. and i did! i guess that direct commands to your brain work when ur brain is at it's most creative and such. but w.e it worked 4 me. i dunno about otherz... |

Some are born to sweet deleight
Some are born to endless night
Sometimes noises from the enviornment influence my dreams too. For example, when I got my new alarm clock I wasn't used to the volume control on it. Sometimes if it was too low, I would hear the alarm going off in my dream, but it would be incorporated into something in the dream (in one instance, the sound of eggs falling off a tree. don't ask). |
