going to "god mode"

im REALLY controlling everything in the LD but of some reason everything takes too long, and its funny, big things are sometimes easy to do (summon huge monsters blah blah) and take only a seconed- and creating a small thing like a chair can take me a while to form... and it differs from LD to LD, like- sometimes i can creat a huge terrain with everything i want in it, and some times it takes me long enough to quit.. pluse- changing the place im in- lets say in a field and i want the place to turn into the moon, i cant do it just by wanting, i need to close my eyes, spin and than i "go to the moon".. oh and one last thing- i cant teleport! (from a place i see to diff place i see in a seconed) help if you can.. (most important is the speed of every thing- creating, firing lighting from your hand, it all takes too long..

Just a quick word of advice before I answer your questions. Proper punctuation, spelling, and grammar are important. Generally on this forum, people only read the posts they can read and understand easily. Each dream is diffrent, and it is normal for even advanced LDers to have trouble with dream control in every dream. Many LDers try to control their dreams as little as possible, in fact. My advice is to relax. Don't rush yourself. You're not going to have much fun if you spend your entire dream trying to shoot lightining or struggling with other dream tricks.

Thank you, seeker28. Saved me the trouble. Now to your problem, psiiijay. This may sound silly, or just obvious, but I find that the single best method for maintaining control in my lucid dreams is very simple. Just believe. I know it sounds corny, but believing solidly, firmly, and without doubt that you can do anything you want, with no limitations can go a long ways toward giving you total dream control. I seem to be a natural for this very reason. I can't yet induce a lucid dream on demand, but my control is total. All it takes is the firm and unmoving belief that anything is possible. I look at it this way: the dream is in my mind. It is a figment of my imagination. Therefore, I am in charge. As it is a dream, nothing is impossible. Therefore, I can do anything. Why should anything stop me? There is nothing to do so but myself. Think of it that way. There are no limits; only those which you set. There is absolutely no reason why you can't do anything you so choose in your dream. Anything. Set this fact firmly in your mind, and you'll be good to go. Now go dream of teleporting!

you all say its will power, maybe it is- but tell me- have you ever tried- just looking at a place, and while DC walk around you- change the entire place but without moving (removing) all the people that walk by- think of it like this- i have a party with me and i want to move us all to a forest or some thing.. do the ones that can do it (if any) just wish it and it gets done in a sec? another thing- what do u think of if you want to teleport? do you think of getting to a place you see by moving the place to where you are or just that you wanna be in the place you see and than your there?

One thing that helps me is not imagining effects, but imagining sensations. This might take a bit of explanation, but here's what I do; If I want to fly, instead of imagining myself lifting off the ground, I try to FEEL myself lifting off the ground, and that causes me to fly. If I want to shoot lightning, I'd imagine the feeling of a tingling jolt of electricity arcing out of me. Dunno if this'll help you, but it works for me.

The things you are trying to do aren't hard, it is your own dream, you are omnipotent, nothing is hard. Anyway, here is how I do the things you described: you all say its will power, maybe it is- but tell me- have you ever tried- just looking at a place, and while DC walk around you- change the entire place but without moving (removing) all the people that walk by- think of it like this- i have a party with me and i want to move us all to a forest or some thing.. do the ones that can do it (if any) just wish it and it gets done in a sec? I've done something similar, I wanted to take lots of objects and people to a desert, I created a wormhole in the ground which everything fell into. Then, I travelled through the wormhole myself and ended up at the desert with everyone else. It doesn't really matter how you do it. You could do it instantly like a wish if you wanted too, but its not quite as fun. If you like flying you could fly everything there, I'm just a fan of wormholes LOL another thing- what do u think of if you want to teleport? do you think of getting to a place you see by moving the place to where you are or just that you wanna be in the place you see and than your there? The second one. The first sure sounds interesting though.
