Lucid Crossroads

I first learned of LDs from the LucidCrossroads site. I've read up on Lds since then and learned how. I've had probly 15 lds in the first month. I still haven't been to the Lucid Crossroads though. I haven't remembered to try and go there when i get lucid. Does anyone know if this place exists or is just plain BS?

Hey Novaelite .. welcome to DV! I'm assuming you're talking about the lucid crossroads in relation to dream sharing. The lucid crossroads was once a lucid task on our site, but nobody seems to have had any success meeting someone else there. Basically, it's inconclusive. In my opinion, it's just a cool website with a cool idea on a place that contains portals, etc. It helps LDers, etc, but is not a dream sharing location. IMHO

I personally don't believe in dream sharing to I wouldn't say it's real as in a concrete place in everyone's subconscious but it is a cool place to go.

The Lucid Crossroads is a website, describing in detail a place that you can visit in lucid dreams where you could theoretically meet with other lucid dreamers, travel to other scenes, and do a variety of other things. Of course, it's not any more real than any other place you visit in your dreams, but I don't think it's meant to be. It's more of a tool you can use to help control your dreams, like a larger version of using a magic wand or remote control or something in your dream to control it. I've never been there in any of my dreams(at least, in none that I remember), but it's something I plan on doing eventually.
