Most definately. In fact, this is what I want to do. Keep a general story line going, but improvise along the way. You may not enter the dream in the exact spot, but all you need is basic dream control to teleport yourself to the last spot in the story. |

It gives me ideas, but I don't think that I would want to do that. I could get bored, and usually want to do something different with every lucid dream. |
