Altering Dreamscape?

Hey everyone, I had my first lucid dream ever last night which was really cool. Basically, I said last night that I wouldn't bother listening to tapes while sleeping, I'd just tell my self you are dreaming a few times and listen to subliminal lucid before I sleep. Weirdly enough, it worked. I told myself in the dream that I was dreaming and as soon as I had that epiphany I felt asthough I was growing a body, asthough beforehand I was a spirit and now I was completely awake in my dream. I then started to fly backwards as I had pictured as the thing I wanted to do in my first dream in the real world. The only problem was, I didn't have much control over what happened, I tried to picture a sunny field but I just kept flying, the speed of the flight eventually woke me up, but for my next dream I want to be able to change. So basically, my question is, what methods do you use to alter your dreamscape?

Generaly the most common methods of altering your dreamscape are either; Spinning in your dream whilst concentrating on the scape you wish to create. Its the blending of colours that allows for easier and more fluid transformation of scenery Finding a door and imagining the scene you want on the other side of the door. This requires alot of willpower but if done correctly, and if you can find a door, is another great way of changing scenes But you must also think up of many other ways if these fail in a dream because its that personal touch that gives youmore creativity and in turn, more vivd lucid dreams.
