I need help...

I've finally got to the point that i can actually control my dreams as tho it was real but most times, i wake up i remember it very clearly then it just leaves me... Does any1 have any methods that i can try that might help me remember them?

if you wake up and remember it write it down fast and try not to leave out any details, as you continue to record them then memory should come more with it
