thats how i felt last night like ure kind of underwater and hard to move and u are like watching ureself in 1st person its werid in ure lucid dreams did lik the walls and that float up and down like in waking life? |

I had the same problem for the longest time, but recently I finally fixed it. Generally, the reason why you don't feel like you are in full control is that you are trying too hard, in a way. You're probably thinking 'walk' instead of just walking. Forcing yourself to walk, instead of just walking. It's really hard to explain, but once you figure it out, it's obvious. For instance, right now think as hard as you can 'WALK' while focusing on your legs moving. Then just move your legs. It probably didn't work the fist time (unless you misinterpreted me). Most people's first instinct is to 'think' the command to walk instead of just walking. Just walk. |
