That's a good idea! Especially since I usually have very realitic dream environments, but I don't feel my senses very distinctly. This can help me get a more defined feeling of my body and senses. Thanks for the good idea! |

Thats a great idea! |

Bollocks.
This sounds like a great idea. I'd never thought of stretching in a dream to become more aware of my body. I may give this a go. |

So I did a few 'warm-up' stretches last night in a dream. It did help me to become more focused on my dream-body. However, I had to focus on the expected sensation of stretching, or I found that I would become very very flexible. |

I did this last time (stretching), just a little bit and it definetly prolonged the lucid experience! I think that would have continued even longer than it did, but I accidentally ended it by flying into the sky really, really fast, like a rocket into outer space and waking up suddenly gasping for air! |
