      WILD issue

This morning I accidentally WILD'd . I found myself experiencing SP so i just went with it. 20ish seconds later im in a dream except it's very unstable and has that 'blurry' feeling to it.

My problem is that I can NEVER stabilize a WILD. I usually just wake up 15 seconds later or if I do stabilize it it only lasts for about a minute or two and ends out of no where :/. Any tips?

Touch something right away. Stay in the same place for a moment. Use your senses. I never really have unstable dreams, but those are some common ways to ground yourself into the dream.

I have the same problem, what I did last time was grab on to something. Focus on it, do mant RC's! When I felt it fading I would grab something else. I think the RC's did the most work. I ended up having an extremely vivid LD.

I have only ever LD'd through WILD. They always begin with SP. As my ability has grown I am able to keep the SP's very brief. There are times when it takes several tries to "get up" from my body. I think there is some serious correlation to OBE's here. I have seen myself sleeping and then manipulated my surroundings in the same LD. Things that have worked for me include: Concentrating on your hands, not grabbing something per se just visualising them. Pushing your tongue into the roof of your mouth, or clenching teeth (also good techniques for stabilization). Keeping moving. I know the last one may be different that most things people say but I've found that once I have some lucidity keeping moving, or on a task, will prolong my LD.
