I have the same problem, what I did last time was grab on to something. Focus on it, do mant RC's! When I felt it fading I would grab something else. I think the RC's did the most work. I ended up having an extremely vivid LD. |

I have only ever LD'd through WILD. They always begin with SP. As my ability has grown I am able to keep the SP's very brief. There are times when it takes several tries to "get up" from my body. I think there is some serious correlation to OBE's here. I have seen myself sleeping and then manipulated my surroundings in the same LD. Things that have worked for me include: Concentrating on your hands, not grabbing something per se just visualising them. Pushing your tongue into the roof of your mouth, or clenching teeth (also good techniques for stabilization). Keeping moving. I know the last one may be different that most things people say but I've found that once I have some lucidity keeping moving, or on a task, will prolong my LD. |
