I feel too “far” from my dreams. It’s like watching a bit of a movie, not much interaction at all…..and I dream weird crap every night and I never become lucid-it’s annoying and ridiculous. Help? Please! |

maybe that means you have a predisposition to enlightenment!!! (being able to see your life from the outside) |

naturals are what we call people who did all the right things accidentally
patience is required above all else in learning to dream. Like shift pointed out, take some time out a few times a day to just sit down somewhere random and watch what's happening around you quietly. |

I know what you mean Queen. That's usually what it feels like for me when I'm starting to wake up, yet frantically trying to save the dream even though I can hear my alarm clock going off. Maybe you just get too excited once you become lucid and the dream starts to slip away. I usually tell myself to calm down and I really try to focus on the dream and things in the environment. |

I agree with Shift. |

You merely have to change your point of view slightly, and then that glass will sparkle when it reflects the light.
