      Talking during lucid dreams

recently i have really been having trouble talking during my dreams, in my dreams my mouth always seems to be sewn shut. Is there a way i can "train" myself to be able to talk?

Sure, just imagine your mouth opening and closing while in the lucid.

But, you can always talk without words... It is a lucid.

Not to scare you or anything, but remember that what you say may come out in the real world.

It'll most likely just be mumbling and maybe a few words, but just a heads up on that.

Ha, I remember a long time ago my cousin was sleeping and he said "Off with her ****ing head!" in his sleep
