Lightbulb My study on dream recall

      ok,
For about a week (school week) normaly i would go to bed at 10:00 PM (estern time) and wake up around 6:.45 AM (estern time). and i remember a dream or two a week, so i thought of something one night, what if i stay up later see if i remember more dreams!(i can normaly remember about 3-4 dreams and write them in my DJ) so i woke up the morning to get ready for school and no dreams at all ! well what if i go to bed earlier then i usally do. Well i remembered 1-2 dreams. So what if i sleep in? well i remembered 2-3 dreams.

Now you may be wondering well i get more dreams if i go to bed early! ok, thats fine but I cant do that i just lay in bed for ever trying to fall asleep.

to cut to the chase i found that if i sleep in and not having people wake me up i get more dreams that i can remember

P.S. this may not work for every one

More sleep = More dreams. Simple enough. There are, however, techniques like keeping a dream journal which don't involve changing your sleep schedule.

If somebody abruptly wakes you it's horrible, true... Or if you wake up and start thinking of something urgent.
