You could try autosuggestion. Tell yourself "When I become lucid, I will remember to *insert your goal here* ". Say this over and over again in your head, and really believe that you will remember. Try falling asleep while doing this. |

Hey all, I've gotten into a habit of taking off flying as soon as I become lucid, and I tend to forget the things I want to try in my dreams. I usually have a "dream plan" outlining the things I want to do in my next lucid dream. For example, my next lucid dream, I plan to engage in a deep conversation about life, and discover new thoeries about existence. However, when I become lucid, I forget all this, and usually spend the majority of my dream flying. Does anybody have the same problem? Any suggestions? |

Don't go instantly into the dream. Slow down and think a second. Stabilize the dream while you're at it, and try to think of whatever your goal was. |

How are you getting lucid? If it's DILD, and you're doing RCs during the day, incorporate mentally or even verbally reviewing your goals every single time that you RC during the day. Let's say your dreamsign is dogs. |
