      Sleep Paralysis/Dream Paralysis

Sleep Paralysis is defined as being disrupted from sleep so that your body basically is still asleep but your mind is awake. You can see but cant move. Sometimes accompanied with being watched or attacked by something you cant see.

I have something else going on then because last night I had the scariest dream I have ever had. I was first runnig down my road in the snow and screaming for help and someone was chasing me. Then I thought I was awake but I couldn't move and my room looked bigger than it normally is and I was horizontal across my bed and my cat was in my room. I heard music and thought I heard my dad telling me to wake up. I thought I was awake but in a sleep paralysis, but then I woke up but I still couldn't move, I finally was able to move my arm to look at my watch it was upside down and 5 times bigger than it normally is it was 11:55. I kept seeing weird things finally I rolled over and REALLY woke up, it was 8:22. It was so scary I've had the jitters all day.
What was it? Was I dreaming about sleep paralysis?

It sounds like a false awakening (where you think you awoke, but you were still dreaming). So, you dreamt you were awake and in sleep paralysis.

Be sure to do a reality check everytime you wake up just in case you're actually asleep. This can be a useful habit.

Sleep Paraylsis is when your body paralysizes itself outside the REM cycle. Nothing more. Any hallucinations you experience during this time are caused by Hypnagogic Hallucinations. Hypnagogic Hallucinations occur before falling asleep. It's the state the mind is in when transitioning to the dream world. Everyone experiences different kinds of HH. It can range from nothing to flying elephants in your room to being stabbed.

That sounds like a False Awakening you had. Some people have had dreams of being completely paralyized, even their sight.
