recurring dream of expanding dot of light.

i've had recurring dreams about me sitting in a quiet place, and then i saw a dot of light. as i stare at it, the dot expanded bigger & bigger till it brighten the whole place. and everytime it did, i feel really calm and peaceful. not the kind of blinding light. in 3 months i dreamt it about 4 times already. one time the color of the light was lightning blue-indigo-ish. the rest of the time, the color was gold-white. and on one of the dream i saw a man trying to tell me something, but i can't remember what it was. after that then i saw the dot of light again. can someone please help me figure this out?
