important dream that NEEDS interpreting or i think im going to go crazy

well this is not a dream i had. but it was a dream my good friend had involving me. i have had feelings for this friend and she knows that. i told her that i dont anymore (but i really still do and its kinda obvious). well anyway she told me she had a dream where we are in science class (i sit next to her in that class in real life) and i was sitting next to her in the dream also. (btw this is a really bizzare dream so dont be surprised if u hear something weird)and anyway theres this one girl neither of us really know in our class and she had a terminal disease. and the the teacher is saying "i have very bad news soandso has a terminal disease and they dont think shes gonna make it" and the very next day we were in class and another person in our class got into a deadly car accident and the teacher was sad about that. so to cheer every body up the teacher brought in sweets for select people in the class. so the teacher gives out sweets to these snotty prepy girls that used to be patricia's(my friend that acctually had the dream and the person i have feelings for) childhood friends that shes no longer friends with and she was very sad. so the very next i wasent in class and it turns out i got into a car accident. and for some reason when she saaid i got turned into a puppy in the dream (again this was a very bizzare dream according to my friends). so i came to school as a hurt puppy and all of a sudden patricia breaks out in tears and starts comforting and cuddleing me just like a hurt puupy (and thats exactly what i was in the dream,a hurt puppy).and shes screaming"JESSE I JUST WANT U TO BE OK DONT LEAVE I JUST WANT U TO BE OK" and the dream ended with her just screaming that and apperently she woke up crying. again i didnt have this dream this was a dream my friend had and she just told me about it. and just to explain again. i had feelings for my friend who had this dream. she found out about my feelings for her so out of panic i told her i didnt have them for her anymore (but i still do and its quite obvious) so idk if that dream she told me about means she has feelings for me also or something. i really dont know but its really bothering me can some1 please help me interpret that.

Unfourtionatly, I can only interpret dreams to what they would mean to me. I was able to try to interpret another person's dream as if it was my own and it was telling me something. With the dream being another persons, first of all, we have very little background knowledge on her actual feeling for you, and you acctual feelings for her. This alone makes it hard to tailor a dream interpretation to you. Secondly, it not being your dream could mean she could of changed it or left out crucial details.

some backround info on her is like she said stopped talking to me for like a year cause she thought if she was friends with me while i had feelings for her that it would look like she was leading me on. but ever since i told her i dont like her in that way anymore (witch again is something i said out of panic) weve been friends again. but thats about all the relavent backround info.
