      Recurring dream as a child

I used to have this recurring dream as a child. I don't have it anymore, but as I used to have it a lot and still remember it vividly I thought it would be good if I could get some idea of what it might have meant. Its quite basic - I would see a huge dice with a big sewing needle propped against it, either at the top of my parents stairs or on a sand dune. The dream felt like it lasted ages (almost timeless), and I felt really weird - small and scared.

      Any ideas

Did you try to gain he control of the dream...Can you remember that...?
Its probably something hidden well in your subconcious....How small was the dice...?
      Was it bigger than you?

No, I don't think I knew about lucid dreams then. Plus I wasn't in the dream. I wasn't aware of my body being in the dream or being able to move about if you know what I mean. It was just a still image. Yes the dice and needle were bigger than me.

This is probably an unlocked memory,....
I am not a psychologist BUT i am sure that the dice is you....I can only interpet it like this...
Plus, the size of the dice might be the size of your confidence (despite the fact that u felt negatively...small + scared)

I think that in order to understand the dream (its actually your ownself, in these kind of dreams - whereas the LD's are a lot more than that...) you have to ask yourself about the relationship with your parents....
