The last two nights I've dreamed about sitting or standing with my back against a sheer cliff with a very narrow ledge to step on, nervous about falling down an extreme height. In the first dream this ledge was being pulled up the mountain like a sort of man-made mountain elevator, and somehow my mom was conducting it and shouting with excitement from a distance how great it was or something like that, but I was just scared/nervous thinking 'WHY don't I have at least a railing or a cage or something?'
The next dream I was in a middle school/high school class (full of mostly/all boys except for me) apparently on a field trip up in a tall canyon, all of us sitting in a row on the ledge, only able to sit up against the wall of the cliff. In both of these dreams, the physical sensation of tenseness and balance was vivid.
In real life I'm nervous about studying and doing really good work in my animation school so that I can get a good animation job in California as soon as this summer (nothing's secured yet, besides graduation, just hoping), and my sister and mom are excited to come with me, getting their hopes up. My mom even got a 6 month lease on this house, so we're definitely not gonna stay here through the summer. I figure that might have something to do with these dreams, but if any of you have any extra insights into interpreting this I would appreciate it. I'm curious.
