Dreams about floods

I recently had 2 dreams about floods,one of them being last night and the other also being quite recent(some weeks ago). I can only remember some fragments from my 1st dream: I was sailing on a river in a small boat,and I dropped my high-school sweetheart at some kind of pank/dock where she was picked up by a "turk"(seems it was her new bf),I recall saying something like "she can go with that turk for all I care". I continued my way down the river but suddenly there was a huge water burst in front of the boat(but at a distance),like a geyser in the middle of the water but with a much larger intensity. I turned the boat around and as I was doing that the water level was increasing rapidly,covering all the land,but I turned the boat around and I managed to find some sort of hill-peak and landed on that,then I made way towards the top,at the top being some sort of celtic cross/old cross made out of stone. The flood however continued to grow and was making it's way towards the top,but it kinda stopped and receded 30-50m away from the top. *dream over* The 2nd dream,I had last night,was one in which I was back in high-school(I'm in my early 20s now) and there I only remember this part: I recall being on top of the school,at level 4,and the water was so high that it almost reached the roof,then me and my class somehow got out,maybe with a helicopter but I really can't remember how,the next scene being somewhere at the city-limits and the water had been all gone but there was some slight "devastation" from the flood at the city's riverbed,but when I looked closer I discovered the river was all gone,no water left,and when I looked to where the dam is suppose to be there was this big wall of earth with water just about to pour from it,when suddenly the water broke out in some sort mini-flood,so me and my class all went to grab to something quick(I managed to grab onto a concrete fence with iron 'skeleton',but the water never did reach us,so we all were gathering on the road and one of my girl classmates asked me if I shouldn't get to my high-school sweetheart,I called out her name and saw her(But she looked as not caring about me or something). *dream ended* If anybody wants to interpret these dreams feel free to do so.
