Well, the girl can be seen as an expression of your need to find someone to relate to, someone to adore, your dream is very literal in its representation of your waking mental state; you meet a girl and fall in love. Jung believed that our dreams are compensatory, if your conscious attitude and mental state is swayed in a particular direction, then your subconscious will seek to balance that attitude in dreams, hence you find a very attractive girl in your dreams, however she is flawed through her burning (now I'm not saying that being the victim of burns is a 'flaw' but that is what the symbolism of the dream suggests) however you don't mind this at all and are happy to just love this girl the way she is, a very idealised picture.
You say you're content just to be around her and not touch her. Dreamers often report a feeling of unconditional love when they come across certain dream figures of the opposite sex, this may be the anima/animus that Jung theorised, he stated that by accepting and embracing the anima you can achieve a more whole psyche, maybe this girl is your sub-conscious' way of expressing that you need to accept your feminine aspect in order to be successful in a relationship (just speculation).
She was burned? Maybe this expresses emotional, not physical, damage? Have you been in a relationship that you felt hurt you in some way? Did the girl resemble anyone you know in real life?
