Nightmare (no memory)

yesterday i set my alarm clock to 4 in the morning to try WILD again but i woke up at 2 and it was if i had a nightmare i was all terivied and itching everywhere. what could this mean? I had a nightmare but I could not remember it.I we nt to go take a shower(yes at 2 in the morning) and the nightmare effects wore off.It was strange and i did not resume WILD at 4am today.

Also today In the morning i noticed i had a fever.So i guess its just my Sickness thats causing this.

If you're really curious, you can 'suggest' that you re-experience the Nightmare. It is a bit of wisdom I received from our own Aquanina, who appeared in one of my dreams to give me some Coaching. she said that we could go back to certain dreams if we think we could benefit by making other decisions than we did originally. I suppose that the same principal should still hold even after a day or even a few days have passed. Simply ask the Higher Mind, repeatedly, to give you back your nightmare. Oh, and it is rarely as frightening the second, or third time. I once dreamed of being Crucified. the first time I was paralyzed with fear and had to be sedated. The Second Time I was a bit more stoically heroic. the Third Time I went to it like a man to bed after a hard days work.
