      Touch and Determination

OK, it's become abundantly clear that Michael Jackson means something more than just "the "bad boy" or the "kid" in all of us" -- he's shown up too many times to represent something that broad. Plus, I get the feeling that he means something different when it's Sakima versus Kijika, or Sakima with Kijika's voice (i.e. the "modern" Michael), or vice-versa.

Can anyone help me? Could he possibly be...my dream guide? O.o

Also, I find it interesting that the horses in my dream were not just any kind, but Clydesdales specifically. What could that mean?

      Please help.

I'm quite lost with the Michael Jackson references, except to observe that before he became such a famous weirdo and freek, he was a pre-eminent performer, a superb singer, and a gifted choreographer. One could do worse then having one's Dream Guide take on a Michael Jacksonish Persona.

Regarding the Dream Horses. I think Clydesdales are excellent choices. they are 'Civilized' Horses. The Barbarians from the Steppes, and the Maraudering Arabs would ride horses not much larger than ponies. Such smallish horses were never very fussy about their food and could be kept on grasses and hey. Being small did not interfer so much with their missions of thievery... all a pony would need to do is out run a pursuit while carrying an unarmored rider who would be carrying maybe a sword or a bow and some arrows, along with a stolen candlestick or two. But the Civilized Horses needed to be large, to carry Armored Knights. You see, the primary strategy of Civilizations defense against Barbarism, would be to hunt down the barbarian bandit parties (they have to sleep eventually) and corner them, forcing them to battle. The Large Civilized Horses could support an armoured Knight and even carry enough armor to protect themselves. One such Knight and Horse was quite the equal to a hundred thieves on their ponies.

Your Clydesdale is the Zenith of efforts to breed the perfect Battle Horse. You should be proud. However, you should realize the constraints. These Large Battle Horses were very particular in their diets. Grasses were not nearly enough. These Great Horses needed alfalfa and rich grains -- they ate better than many people of their time. What this means symbolically is that while you are very civilized, in your Will and Purpose in Life, you are also to be expected to be rather High Maintenance. Your Usefulness will not come free. But the Defense of Civilization is worth the price, no?
