I had a dream where I had been taken somewhere against my will, non-violently because I was forced to agree to go.. The place felt really military or more like a science lab because there were warning stickers all over the wall, all the doors were automated and everything was white.

Eventually I saw my opportunity to escape so I ran out a door but someone was chasing after me. I kept running through a maze of halls and I found myself in a familiar room. I knew it was a bad decision going inside because I could be trapped (I knew somehow from previous experience that there was a lock-down button to seal the room completely from the outside).

But I ran inside just to escape from the guy who was chasing me. I hit the lockdown button from the inside to keep him out, and he hit another button from where he was which started a timer to release poison in the room. This computer voice said that there would be poison gas when the timer reaches 10.

I thought I was going to die but when the timer reached 8 seconds, something unexpected happened and another door opened, which looked to lead outside where there was a big carpark and trees and people. The guy was still trapped outside the other glass door so I ran out the back door and ran as fast as I could. I heard the lockdown of the room being released so I knew he'd follow me, but as I was running through the carpark I flew up into the air because I was so scared that he would catch me. I was flying for a bit and I was really proud that I could escape that place, and I remember turning around and looking back at the guy who said that I would have to come back some day, then I woke up.

I was wondering if there was any official process to interpret this dream? I mean, I don't know what things are supposed to symbolize..
