What is the meaning of this dream?

There was a small open area under the my leg's small finger. There was worms in it. I squeezed lots of worms came out. I did it multiple times and finally only some other stuff came out, I think no more worms came out. A LOT of worms. thanks

It seems to represent a steady stream of your emotions. Your emotions are represented by lots of worms, and a little bit of other stuff. The worm may represent weakness, filth, or general negativity.

There are parisites that live under the skin, and when they come out, the look like long worms.
Often they enter the skin from polluted, or infected water.
This is quite common in your part of the world.
I suggest you may have seen, or heard about the parasites at some time, and have now had a dream about them.

That's certainly a possibility. However, without knowing more about the person who posted, for all we know this dream could be for example about a disgust with own body, or because the worms came out of foot maybe this dream is about inability to proceed / to go on. Without knowing more, I just don't know, it could be any number of causes, I think.

Some dreams really do have meanings, but I think it's a mistake to assume that every single dream has some sort of important & hidden message.

I've occasionally had dreams like this, with worms, or sometimes with rotten teeth or other infection. For me, these dreams are symbolic of spiritual issues, with aspects of my character being represented by different parts of my body.
