Zombie / Gang dreams

Hi everyone. For a long long time now I've been having dreams about zombies / gangs. But recently they have been happening a lot more often. Out of a week I will dream about these at least 4 days minimum. They always seem to start the same way. Blurry but I'm just chilling with some random people I've never met before. Then out of no where it all kicks off. Last night for example in this dream I was in a multistory car park still under construction at night with some random people. Then this gang comes out of no where behind us and starts shooting at us killing almost everyone I was with apart from 3 or 4. So we run into this stairwell and there is a big drop down the centre as most have so I jump for it since running down them will take to long. I fall for ages till I suddenly wake up. I then fell asleep again this time I dreampt about zombies. I woke up in a camper van with a young child about 10 years old (he was black, so am I btw if it makes any difference). Zombies out side the camper but they don't know we are inside. The boy then opens the door a little bit which kept annoying me so I told him to stop before they saw us. Before I knew it they was tearing the door off. So I lift him and my self onto the roof and we spot another camper within jumping distance. A older guy In his 30s (black, looked like my father) and a random white woman was in this so we jump to it. But the zombies rip the door off this. one event i remember very clearly was a female zombies fingers coming threw the door and me stamping on them. Not sure why but this really upset me then we drive off. Then it goes blurry and we end up at the multistory car park again in the same place as the gang dream just this time instead of a gang it's zombies coming after us. The exact same thing happened where I jumped off the stairwell but this time I catch onto a bar and pull my self up as the zombies fall past me. Then I end up in the same place in the car park but I'm trying to sneak past zombies which doesn't go well and I get chased on my own. I keep running and running but even more come after me then my alarm went off and I woke up. Which left me confused as to why I'm here posting this. I have these dreams often but they are getting worse and worse becoming nightmares more than a dream. Any idea as to why I'm having these dreams? I'm getting really confused. It's not always the same dream but basically the same concept. Mainly takes place in a multistory car park or a school. I'm a 20 year old male in the UK. Have a decent job with good pay but its agency so can finish at no notice. I have fallen out with a good friend a couple months ago and every time we see each other we end up squaring up and sometimes fighting. Good relationship with all other friends and family apart from my dad who I have a "distant" relationship with. Don't really have any money troubles. Hope this helps.
