Kurow is a village in south-eastern Poland, and a town in the South Island of New Zealand.
Maybe Death stretched the word into two syllables: "C-row" A crow typically means death. Ravens and crows are scavengers and are generally associated with dead bodies, supposedly arriving first on the scene.
The group or the collective noun is even called a murder of crows.
Maybe this is why Death savoured the word, stretching out the delicious meaning which means Death's aim has occured.

MEANING
Were you thinking some of you was dead?
A black plague can mean any negative thing plaguing you - depression for example.
Feeling alone.
It foreshadows what is to come.
C-row comes next which means internal death that can come to pass from these.
Goddess seems the odd one out. And so it should. Because after death, or opposing it, can only be powerful good. (I gather it doesn't mean you see a girl can be your salvation.) But possibly your Spiritual qualities can empower you against this dark inhuman stuff. Because feminine is of that quality. Connection - with yourself, and others. Focusing on your power instead.
All of these may not be as heavy as they sound. Everyone has this stuff going on to varying degrees, more at sometimes than others.
Or maybe you were just focusing on one negative aspect that might not even be you, which made you think these. Perhaps even physical death itself.
Maybe you can see what it is now.
