fire kills everyone during tour of haunted house

The dream starts as an evening stroll down an urban street I was particularly taken by a large house/building on my left hand side that had been abandoned and on the brink of being classed derelict. I happened to have my camera at the time and tried to capture a few pictures of the place... my camera was digital and I was becoming frustrated that I could not get a good shot at the house… The house looked like one of those old style 2 storey western saloons... it was obviously deserted with the window wide open and top storey curtain blowing in the breeze. It defiantly gave a creepy vibe and I guessed that it was most probably a haunted location. Well as I continued walking down the road previously deserted is now a hassle and bustle of people crowded in the street all gathering out the front of the building looking up at it from the street it seemed to be a very easy going atmosphere.. There were strangers and family and friends amongst the crowd all happy and interestingly looking on at the huanted building in almost a festive kind of atmosphere. All of a sudden the crowd was herded into the building almost like a haunted tour of the building. I was defiantly not going in there after not being able to take pictures of the place and then later finding out my camera was taking perfect pictures of people out side the building. So I was a little bit suspicious that building had something to do with me not being able to digitaly capture it. I was immediately scared that my children would follow the crowd into the house to join the tour I had a bad feeling about the place and was getting some major evil vibes.. I successfully stopped my children from entering the house. I felt glade that my immediate family were by my side and not up in that creepy house with the rest of the people... There were only a few handfuls of people left in the street but we watched eagerly from the street... the street was dark and the house was light up so we could see the people through the windows as they were shown room to room... To my dismay and the other people in the street looking on the house caught fire while the whole tour group was up stairs... I looked on in horror as the whole house was engulfed within minutes... we could see people in the building through the upstairs window from the street we seen them stir and it was too late the fire had engulfed the whole house and the top floor collapsed into the bottom floor… I knew there were a lot of people in the house including people I knew the fire crew came but couldn’t save anyone that entered the house... it was a pretty disturbing dream

if anyone wants to have a go at interpiting my dream i would be very interested to see what u come up with i am a happily married mother of 3 wanting to relocate from our farm to another farm in a different area

The vibe I get is that at least in part this dream is about your strong motherhood instinct, wanting to protect your kids from danger and evil. I used to have a series of dreams about protecting my kids from kidnappers. Your dream is cool in that you successfully see the danger and successfully keep your kids safe. No, you can't save everyone, but you can save your kids at least, and that's a high priority for any good mother. So I think at least in part this dream shows that you are a loving and caring mother.

THE HAUNTED HOUSE ON THE LEFT Some part of you or your life was abandoned, or going to be, almost to the point of unlivable. Maybe because it was such an old part of you, your newer self could not capture it. Maybe it was of another era or time you were leaving behind. But whatever, it was frustrating you could not incorporate it into you. It gave you the creeps, and was a haunted side of you. The left side. Maybe you were leaving a primitve side of you for dead. Or an outdated side. It had 2 levels though. Which might be mental or the upper, and reality or ground. MAKING THE GHOSTS ALIVE Now it seems you wanted to make it more friendly and easy-going. To cheer this side that is probably haunting you - or going to ~ up. Looks like you tried to bring life into it. Maybe to bring it back to life. Or restore it. Or you brought out all the good and friendly parts of you to tour this scary dead side. THE GHOSTS MUST DIE You were having no part of it though, being able to see or record only the people, not this place in you - as if it was dead or gone already. That could explain your now evil vibes, beyond creepy, and your family or children could not go in there either, as if it was not alive, or a life you could not have. So all those people can represent your thought of the life it could now have or in the future. So in your thought - the upstairs - this old life had to be destroyed, to your dismay, and horror. The thought collapsed onto the reality of what you knew and that had to end. SO LONG, SALOON It disturbed you that it couldn't be saved. So it can be leaving the old life and familiarity behind for the new.
