Last night I had an odd dream. I don't remember all of it, but I have been thinking about this one part all day and really would like to figure out what it means.

In the dream, I am at a house ( I don't know who's) and I am calling my brother on the phone. (I haven't talked to my brother in a while in real life) I was calling him to tell him I was in a car accident, and tell him How it happened. I was upset. While I was telling him how I got hurt I noticed I had bruises on both sides of my temples and when I started to talk, blood poured out of my mouth. It was a lot. I freaked out and tried to get it off my tongue, but I couldn't scrape it all off. And when I stuck my tongue out I noticed I had these clear leech looking things attached to my tongue. I tried to pull them off, but they were stuck on there really good.

That's pretty much all I remember. Any insight to what this could mean would be very helpful. Like I said, I haven't really talked to my brother in a while, and I'm a little upset about it. But I understand he's busy. (He works a lot) And I have been having some medical problems (fertility and anxiety) but nothing to serious. I'm about to start a new job on Monday and am a little stressed about that. I can't think of any other details that could be more help. Thanks for any help
